Directions for use
Sit comfortably in a chair.
Wear the cuff around your arm above the elbow and below the shoulder.
Position the stethoscope on the cuff.
Inflate the cuff.
Observe and listen for any sounds.
Read the reading off the mercurial scale.
Repeat on the other arm if needed.
